B!KE Craft Workshop

B!KE is teaming up with It’s a Musical Thing to bring you a new workshop on building custom bike accessories.

Ray Vincent, our host, crafts all sorts of clever things. During Bike Craft, Ray will demonstrate the basic steps involved in creating a small bag for your bars or saddle and how to recover a vintage spring saddle. Participants will then utilize the tools from four workstations and materials provided to work through the creation of one of these beautiful custom pieces.

The workshop will take place at It’s a Musical Thing (414 Water Street) on Saturday, November 2. The workshop starts at 1p.m. and will remain open until 5p.m. Participants may leave whenever they feel their project(s) are complete.

The workshop costs $25 to pre-register, $35 at the door. Material cost is $15-30 sliding scale, based on what you use. Please register in advance via email or in person at B!KE or It’s a Musical Thing. To register, email tegan@communitybikeshop.org
